By alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures, the wine acquires fresh aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine and peach, unobtrusive presence biscuit and hints of fresh mint. In the mouth, is characterized by fresh acidity, round body, fruity flavors and a long herbal aftertaste.
