It is known that Syrah is the favorite and multi-awarded variety of the Avadis Estate. In Sweet Princess, the most mountainous part of the vineyard was used with a particularly costly and difficult vinification method. Towards the end of the grape harvest, the harvesters pass by and slightly crush the stems of the grapes, causing them to gradually overcondense! A Syrah in the superlative degree. Next to Black Forest or bitter chocolate is an unforgettable experience.
